With our HelpDesk, we offer a cost-effective support, maintenance and management service for business systems. The service provides secure and rapid problem resolution that reduces disruption, clear case tracking, access to expertise and a growing bank of experience to improve future support.
What is included?
Registration and tracking of support cases via phone or customer portal, technical support, action plan within 3 working days, case management with full transparency, and remote support by contract.
How does it work?
Your cases are systematically managed with unique case numbers, traceability and documentation. We plan and prioritize interventions quickly, and also help with third-party support when needed.
Tailored to your needs
The HelpDesk agreement can be customized with different levels based on e.g. a fixed cost, ongoing invoicing, remote support or Location intervention, depending on your needs.
