Process
optimization

When production does not deliver as expected, resources are tied up in unnecessary lines or new initiatives are on the horizon, it becomes crucial to find out what really creates impact. Understanding the relationships and potential of processes allows you to prioritize the right actions, free up capacity and create results that last.

Boost your production with optimized processes

Data-driven decisions
Better inform decision-making by understanding what to measure, why it matters and how to put data into practice.
Holistic approach
Creating synergies throughout the supply chain by seeing connections between technology, people, resources and systems.
From idea to realized improvement
Identify potential, prioritize the right actions and take the steps from analysis to implementation with support all the way.

Common challenges

-> Not achieving expected productivity
-> Extending the lifetime of assets
-> Risk analysis linked to changes
-> Difficult to know how data creates value
-> Solving bottlenecks
-> Lack of skills/time/resources
-> Does not make use of by-product

Here's how we've solved past challenges

700 hours saved with one-button solution for drug distribution

The problem

One pharmaceutical company experienced inefficiencies in the distribution chain. Operators had to navigate between many different documents and formats, making information retrieval difficult and increasing the risk of inadvertent changes. The lack of visibility led to unnecessary manual work and the risk of workflow errors.

Solution

A new tool, ShippingTools, was developed in close cooperation with the operators. Power BI was used to create a one-button solution that gathered all relevant information in a single interface. The solution allowed for quick access, filtering and visualization - without the risk of accidentally changing data.

Result

ShippingTools saved over 700 hours in its first year by streamlining operators' workflows. The solution reduced error risks and simplified everyday navigation. The project was implemented according to plan in an agile work model and has set a new standard for how distribution can be run more efficiently.

About this position

Increase efficiency in your production

and create more value

We offer a holistic approach to process optimization where analysis, technology and business benefits are woven together. The starting point is your goals, while the goal is measurable results.

Together, we identify bottlenecks, unnecessary losses and new opportunities. Through feasibility studies, needs analysis and decision support, we create a solid foundation for the right investments and actions. We specify requirements for systems, equipment and data flows, lead projects and implement optimized solutions with a life cycle perspective.

Linking the right data to the right key figures creates clarity in what is to be measured and followed up. Patterns, trends and deviations are captured and become the driving force for continuous improvement.

The result is a production that not only works better today, but is equipped to meet new demands, products and volumes tomorrow.

Features and benefits

-> Feasibility studies and analysis of current situation and potential for improvement
-> Decision-making basis to prioritize the right investments
-> Identification of secondary opportunities, e.g. utilization of by-product
-> Life cycle perspective with focus on maintenance and asset management
-> Requirements for systems, equipment and suppliers
-> Introduction of governance models for improvement projects
-> Optimization of both existing and new processes
-> Data-driven production management linked to KPIs
-> Identification and analysis of trends, patterns and anomalies
