The problem
One pharmaceutical company experienced inefficiencies in the distribution chain. Solution
A new tool, ShippingTools, was developed in close cooperation with the operators. Power BI was used to create a one-button solution that gathered all relevant information in a single interface. The solution allowed for quick access, filtering and visualization - without the risk of accidentally changing data.

ShippingTools saved over 700 hours in its first year by streamlining operators' workflows. The solution reduced error risks and simplified everyday navigation.
